Marcus Morris has suddenly become a high society Tea Party pillar... His ability to play or not to play has driven the line the whole 2 points up against the Celtics. Is he really that important to the Celtics? Oh yeah. He definitely is. But, does his possible absence necessarily mean the Celtics will be blown out? I am not sure... Let us see...
The Celtics are in a midst of a 4 game winning streak. The Jazz - although won against the Dubs -is not really flying its best colors lately. Wins against the Kings as the Celtics have - aren't the match for the Celtics wins against the Trail Blazers and the Thunder - both away. The other two wins on the streak came against the pathtic Kings and the Suns.
The bottom line is that 8 1/2 points spread is a bit too much to cover against the fighting Celtics playing so undermanned that any player getting the chance to fill in has the chance of a lifetime to prove his worth and that way to benefit that great organization.
