|Home Team:||BOS Celtics|
|Away Team:||MIL Bucks|
This is a game 5 of the series. Media hype is very clear one - "the Bucks have never won a series after trailing 0-2, going 0-17 in such situations. The Celtics, on the other hand, have never lost a series they led 2-0, winning all 35 times going into their current situations". It is being trumpeted for the rooftops of any self respecting media coverage facility. But, does that stat matter? And, how that stat goes along with the 4 point spread? Winning is a one thing. Winning ATS is another. We're after ATS win. Aren't we?
No, we're not. We don't care who wins since we have no idea who will actually win here. Nobody does. Why? Because it is the game number 5. The real basketball starts from here. It is 2-2 and now the defenses will be tried for the first time with the refs letting the defenders defend in much more physical way than in those four basketball look alike games prior to this one. How do I know? You'll know it too looking closer at the lines.
When the first game totals lines were at 214.5 - we all sighed asking why is that while in regular season the lines were lower, much lower and the teams only had one over that hardly touched that line. And, this was supposed to be the first postseason match.
Well, some one knew very well what we will get and we really got an unexpected output with almost no defense played. 220 points (including OT) were scored in the first game, another 226 in the second, then, in Milwaukee there were 208 and 206 points scored. Now, we got the 204 opening line now at 203.
